REFUND POLICY
FAMILY ROYALTIES BOUTIQUE products are made to order. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
FAMILY ROYALTIES BOUTIQUE does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In that case by case basis, please send a photo of the damaged items to 77familyroyalties@gmail.com. within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace what was damaged.
